About Me

Im just a goofy girl, who is addicted to coffee and tacos, loves fried pickles and martinis, and is obsessed with creating art. I work really hard to see the good in everyone and everything. I am care-free and outgoing and love to laugh! I am a simple girl- just give me family and friends on the back porch and I'm happy. I love music and watching those annoying game shows- just to holler out wrong answers to the tv lol. Favorite night is a hot date inside with my husband in pajamas, and our favorite series cuddled in to the sofa. But also love parties and entertaining! I LOVE the ocean, a river, a lake- it is therapy for me. I have been happily married for 22 years to my best friend. And I am a mom of 5.

...uhh what?

Yep. I said it. Mom of...how many?! yes 5 :D Soooo, you can pretty much say "I love kids".

This is me in the pic ...waiting my 5th baby. I loved being pregnant. Every little bit. But I also know the hard moments and how you don't "feel pretty" and just wanna hang out in sweats & t-shirt most of the time. But I am SO GLAD I did this photog shoot to document my last pregnancy. Every time I look at these photographs, it brings me back to that very moment, so anxious to meet my baby.

One thing I didn't like about kids- was how fast it actually went. Before I knew it, they were 10 and I had just my pictures and videos to look back on (because lets face it- "mom brain" is real.) and I was so HAPPY to have my pictures.

As I became a mom, I really embraced shooting as a 'pause' button for their growth. Capturing their sweet details and hoping to hold on to the memories through photos. I am so happy I did! They are what drove me to dive deep into photography! I knew that other moms & families out there were just like me , and wanted to preserve these fleeting moments. I hope to capture all the smiles and laughter that you don't want to forget!

I have been working for 18 years with over 200 clients to perfect my process, and photography style, as well as fine-tuning what you want from a photo session. I have taken trainings from Sandy Puc and other educators. I learned a lot from them, but also I learned the most from all my experiences: from over 30 newborn sessions and countless children and family sessions. I have done engagements, and weddings and really do love LOVE. I would love to help you preserve your memories and create some magical artistic photographs in the process. Lets make it happen!
